"Following the reviews on trip advisor, we went in here one rainy night for pie and mash!! Wow! Great place and fab food! The staff were really welcoming and it was so cosy! We had the steak & Guiness pie with mash & the lamb and veg pie with mustard mash, plus a pint each for the amazing price of 20 quid! This is on a Wednesday night special!"

"New owners have made a big difference to the atmosphere of this pub. Good redecoration. Nice touch of individual hand towels in the toilets. Visited on a Wednesday night, Pie and Pint night. Excellent value for money. Very tasty food and generous quantities."

"We were staying locally and fancied a change so booked at The Old Inn. The food was great, locally caught fresh fish good wine and not expensive. The owners were very friendly as were the locals. It was so good that we went back the second night. Excellent value for money."
